This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on technical expertise with stakeholder engagement, solution design, and customer advisory, while playing a key role in the company''s UK growth.Key Responsibilities Act as the trusted technical contact for a major enterprise customer.Deliver and oversee high-quality ServiceNow solutions across customer engagements.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical guidance.Support solution workshops, customer presentations and pre-sales activities.Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and global technical teams.Drive customer success while identifying opportunities to expand ServiceNow capabilities.Champion AI-driven innovation across the ServiceNow platform. Key Requirements Strong ServiceNow development experience.Expertise in ITSM and HR Service Delivery (HRSD).Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience working with enterprise clients and leading technical discussions.Exposure to solution design, consulting or pre-sales activities.Passion for emerging technologies, particularly AI within ServiceNow.Customer-facing or consulting experience is highly desirable.
