The role is suited to experienced ServiceNow Developers who have strong hands-on development experience and are comfortable working across multiple delivery workstreams. Key Responsibilities Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across HRSD and CSM. Build and maintain record producers, forms, workflows, catalog items, notifications and case management capabilities. Configure Employee Centre experiences and user journeys. Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. Support configuration of Virtual Agent and Now Assist capabilities. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement and technical design discussions. Support unit testing, SIT, UAT and defect resolution activities. Produce and maintain technical documentation.
