The role focuses on designing, configuring, and developing HRSD solutions across the employee life cycle, with strong emphasis on quality, automation, and scalable design. Key responsibilities Design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with primary focus on HRSD (HR Case Management, HR Services, COEs, record producers, life cycle events). Implement end-to-end solutions including business rules, Client Server scripts, UI actions, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.
