You''ll lead the design, development and deployment of scalable ServiceNow solutions while working closely with architects, stakeholders and junior consultants. What You''ll DoDesign, configure and deploy ServiceNow solutions across EAM, FSM and IRM.Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.Develop workflows, integrations, APIs and automation.Ensure adherence to platform governance, security and best practices.Troubleshoot complex issues and optimise platform performance.Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice growth.
