(PAYE through Umbrella) Job Description: ServiceNow Developer (HRSD/CSM/Employee Centre) Role Overview We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers to support delivery of a public sector ServiceNow implementation covering HRSD, Finance andamp; Procurement Case Management, Employee Centre, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent and integrations. The successful candidates will work within the delivery team to configure, develop, test and support ServiceNow capabilities across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across HRSD and CSM. Build and maintain record producers, forms, workflows, catalog items, notifications and case management capabilities. Configure Employee Centre experiences and user journeys. Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. Support configuration of Virtual Agent and Now Assist capabilities. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement and technical design discussions. Support unit testing, SIT, UAT and defect resolution activities. Produce and maintain technical documentation.
