ServiceNow Developer - Birmingham (Hybrid) - PermanentA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a ServiceNow Developer to work within a global law firm on a permanent basis based in Birmingham.This role will support the ongoing development and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform, delivering scalable solutions that support business operations and strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, develop and support ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB and other platform capabilities.Develop and maintain platform automation using UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts and Script Includes.Design and deliver custom applications, workflows and platform enhancements aligned with business requirements.Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, IntegrationHub and third-party APIs.Support platform performance, data integrity, security and governance standards.Manage roles, groups, access controls, update sets, instance cloning and platform upgrades.Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure and aligned with ServiceNow best practice.Perform unit and regression testing and support user acceptance testing.Key ExperienceProven hands-on ServiceNow development experience.Strong JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS and JSON skills.Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and Scripted REST APIs.Experience developing integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers and third-party APIs.Experience managing update sets and supporting ..... full job details .....
