Contract: 12 months

Location: London/Hybrid

Rate: -66.21 per hour. (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions across the ServiceNow platform
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Provide expert insight into platform capabilities and best practices
• Work closely with global stakeholders in a consultative manner
• Plan, estimate, and deliver platform enhancements
• Build integrations and optimise platform performance

Required skillset:

• Strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience (3+ years)
• Proven track record delivering across the ServiceNow platform
• Solid Service Portal development experience
• Strong technical background across:
• JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
• REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, HTTP
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems
• Comfortable working in Agile environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Experience working in SAFe / Scrum frameworks
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Understanding of SaaS / Cloud technologies
