The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a growing technology team delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a combination of project delivery and platform enhancement, helping to improve business processes, automate workflows and enhance the end-user experience. Working alongside technical specialists and automation teams, you will play a key role in designing, developing and optimising ServiceNow solutions with a particular focus on Virtual Agent and intelligent automation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules and integrations. Configure and enhance ServiceNow Virtual Agent capabilities. Develop and support workflow automation using RPA technologies. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Optimise platform performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform and development standards.
