This Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant vacancy is a hands-on consulting role combining ServiceNow solution design, configuration, integrations and technical leadership. You will work directly with customers to understand requirements, define future state solutions and ensure consistent delivery while incorporating AI capabilities into workflows and business processes. Responsibilities for the Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant: Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow workflow solutions using platform best practices Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories and solution designs Lead customer workshops covering current state and future state processes Provide hands on technical leadership across ServiceNow configuration and integrations Review and validate technical deliverables, testing and documentation Guide customers through technical decisions and platform best practices Integrate AI capabilities into workflows, customer solutions and decision making processes Lead smaller projects and provide guidance to Technical and Associate Technical ..... full job details .....
