ServiceNow CMDB Manager

A leading Independent IT Infrastructure and Services Consultancy are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Manager to work with a major aerospace, defence, and security client.The ServiceNow CMDB Manager will take ownership of the operational management, governance, and ongoing maintenance of the client''s ServiceNow CMDB following a major CMDB recovery and improvement programme.This is a BAU operational role focused on maintaining CMDB health, data quality, and governance.Location- Remote (UK) with occasional travel to customer sites as requiredContract: 6-12 months Inside IR35Key Responsibilities:Own CMDB operational governance and data qualityEnsure CI accuracy and integrity across the platformManage and improve Discovery data qualityOversee creation and maintenance of Service MappingsDrive remediation activities with CI Data OwnersProduce CMDB reporting, metrics and KPI dashboardsParticipate in CMDB governance forums and working groupsSupport ongoing CMDB maturity and continuous improvement initiativesRequired Experience:Active SC ClearanceStrong experience managing ServiceNow CMDB environmentsExperience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service MappingProven CMDB governance and data quality management experienceExperience engaging with technical and business stakeholdersStrong reporting and data analysis capabilitiesITIL-aligned Service Configuration Management experienceHays Talent Solutions is a trading division of Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited and acts as an ..... full job details .....
