We’re looking for a hands-on ServiceNow ITOM / Integration Specialist to help implement and improve service-to-infrastructure dependency mapping. Discovery configuration and CMDB integration patterns. This is all about fixing what’s already there. Think incomplete service maps, patchy Discovery, and a CMDB that needs turning into something people can trust and use.    If you’re the type of person who enjoys working with incomplete data, whilst applying your technical expertise to improve ServiceNow environments then we want to here from you.   What you’ll be doing   You’ll be right in the middle of a large-scale CMDB uplift — improving how services, apps and infrastructure actually connect and behave.
