Proven experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules, including: ITSM ITOM HRSD SecOps GRC/IRM SPM Deep expertise in: ServiceNow scripting (client-side and server-side) Flow Designer Integration Hub Service Portal / Employee Center Automated Test Framework (ATF) CMDB architecture Strong experience with enterprise integrations, including: REST SOAP MID Server Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, from design through deployment. Strong understanding of the ServiceNow security model, including: ACLs Roles Domain separation Experience working in Agile environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
