Hybrid Working - 3 days/week remote (WFH) + 2 days/week working from the office in Newbury (Berkshire). Start ASAP in March/April 2026. Working with a global IT Consultancy helping a Telecoms client modernize it''s network operations, unify inventory systems + accelerate digital transformation with ServiceNow: Key skills, experience + tasks: ServiceNow Architect needed to define, design + implement a large-scale Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI) solution on the ServiceNow platform. In-depth ServiceNow + TNI architecture expertise, including hands-on experience of Telecoms Inventory Models. Telecoms Network Inventory (TNI) expertise including: rack design, capacity, equipment modeling + fibre/circuit mapping/provisioning. Strong ServiceNow Telecom ecosystem expertise including: TNI, CMDB, Discovery, Service Operations, ITOM, CSM, FSM/FSL. Designing integrations between ServiceNow and OSS/BSS systems, data modelling for Telecoms network equipment, network topologies, logical circuits, racks, capacity + Telecoms topology. Working closely with Enterprise Architects, network engineers, business leaders + key stakeholders to build scalable, AI enabled + future ready telecom operations.
