ServiceNow Architect - HR

I am recruiting for a ServiceNow Architect to work on a remote basis.The role falls inside IR35 so you will need to work through an umbrella company for the duration of the contract.As the ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect you will be responsible for leading the transformation of an existing HR Service Delivery implementation towards a scalable, maintainable, and ServiceNow best practice aligned operating model. The role focuses on reducing customisation, eliminating technical debt, increasing adoption of out-of-the-box capabilities, and ensuring the platform can be upgraded and enhanced efficiently.You must have extensive experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.Proven experience assessing and remediating ServiceNow environments andamp; experience leading platform transformation or optimisation programmes.Candidates must have a strong understanding of ServiceNow HRSD architecture and governance.Experience reducing customisation and driving OOTB adoption.Knowledge of HR operating models and employee experience solutions.If your experience matches the above requirements, specifically ServiceNow HR architecture please apply ASAP. ..... full job details .....
