Are you a ServiceNow Architect looking for the opportunity to shape enterprise-scale solutions and influence platform strategy?

We''re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join a growing technology team where you''ll play a key role indefining the future of the ServiceNow platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on largescale digital transformation programmes, architecting innovative solutions across multiple ServiceNow products while working closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams.

This is a predominantly remote position, with occasional travel to London for key meetings and workshops.

What you''ll be doing:

As the ServiceNow Architect, you''ll be responsible for the end-to-end architecture and technical direction of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the architecture and design of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Designing and overseeing integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms.
• Producing and maintaining technical architecture documentation, process flows and design artefacts.
• Evaluating new ServiceNow releases and recommending platform enhancements.
• Managing platform upgrades and introducing new capabilities to maximise business value.
• Driving continuous improvement across the ServiceNow estate.
• Defining architecture governance and ensuring solutions follow best practice.
• Providing strategic guidance around ServiceNow capabilities, ITIL processes and industry trends.
• Participating in Design Authority and Architecture Review meetings.
• Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders and technical specialists to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentoring and providing technical leadership to developers and junior team members.

What we''re looking for

We''re seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering innovative enterprise solutions.

You''ll ideally have:

• Extensive experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise across ServiceNow modules including:
• ITSM
• CSM
• ITOM
• FSM
• Domain Separation
• Experience designing complex integrations across multiple business systems.
• Strong understanding of architecture governance and ServiceNow best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML and XML.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.

Certifications

Essential:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
• ITIL Foundation

Desirable:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
