Based in Glasgow you''ll need to be in the office 2-3 days a week.  The job is platform ownership and administration across a suite of enterprise applications - primarily ServiceNow, but also including Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Azure and Intune. You will manage configuration, oversee releases and patches, handle escalations beyond first-line support, and maintain the documentation, automation and training to reduce repeat queries.
