ServiceNow Administrator Belcan is seeking a dedicated and proactive ServiceNow Administrator to join our clients'' Cambridge Facilities Management team. In this role, you will support our ServiceNow system, ensuring the highest level of customer care and service. You will be responsible for maintaining system continuity, engaging with stakeholders, performing system testing, developing analytics, monitoring SLAs, and responding to queries.Key Responsibilities:System Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the ServiceNow system.Stakeholder Engagement: Chase stakeholders to progress actions and ensure timely resolution.Technical Support: Provide technical support and respond to user queries.System Testing: Conduct regular testing to ensure system reliability and performance.Story Writing: Document and write user stories for system enhancements.Action Monitoring: Monitor the resolution of actions, escalating or reassigning tasks as necessary.Analytics Development: Develop analytics, monitor SLAs, and perform trend analysis.Team Collaboration: Be a flexible team member, providing cover and support for ad-hoc projects.Project Management: Manage minor projects as required.Business Analysis: Provide analytical support for various business projects.General Activities:Develop strong working relationships with customers, stakeholders, project teams, and service providers.Adhere to established procedures, processes, and standards.Use initiative to anticipate and resolve ..... full job details .....
