This role is based at the company''s head office in Hemel Hempstead, with occasional travel to Romford or Holborn for training or meetings. The Service Desk Supervisor will oversee two direct reports and coordinate the planning and scheduling of work for approximately 20 engineers, working closely with the Service Manager. The Maternity Service Desk Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, service delivery, and effective communication with both customers and contractors.
