You''ll be the key link between product teams and service operations, ensuring new services are introduced smoothly and managed effectively from Cradle to grave. If you thrive in dynamic, agile settings and love working closely with stakeholders, this is the perfect next step.Responsibilities: Own the service transition process, ensuring services move into live operation seamlessly.Collaborate with product owners to align service delivery with product strategy.Drive performance, security, and availability standards across multiple services.Define and track KPIs and OKRs to measure service value, cost of ownership, and customer experience.Manage third-party supplier performance and ensure compliance with SLAs.Champion continuous improvement and serviceability across the organisation.Requirements:Strong background in service management or service transition within a tech-driven or product-led environment.Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and service life cycle management.Confident stakeholder manager - able to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.ITIL Foundation or Practitioner certification; Agile experience is a bonus.Why Apply?Competitive salary up to £65,000 + bonus.Hybrid working - 2 days per ..... full job details .....
