We are representing a well renowned company in the midst of transformation and change who are looking for a Service Transition Manager to join their high-performing team.

As the Service Transition Manager, you will be responsible for managing the transition of new and changed IT services into live operation. You will be tasked with ensuring operational readiness, minimising service disruption, and enabling effective service delivery across the business'' IT technology environment.

We are looking for:

• Proven experience in Service Transition within an IT environment
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practises (service design, change, risk, incident, request, and catalogue management)
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
