      <description>Location: Oldbury | Salary: 500.00-500.00 Daily | Type: Contract | Service Transition Designer/ArchitectLocation - Midlands - Hybrid Duration: 6 monthsStart - ASAP We are looking for a Service Designer/Architect to build a Service transistion framework for a Client, with the following experience:   Someone to build a repeatable Service Transition framework and the supporting capability. Experience of delivering framework that can be developed, applied and refined,  Experience of developing and defining a formal Service Transition framework, supporting processes or complete documentation. The framework must therefore give a consistent way to determine what should enter IT ownership, in what order, and through what controls. Experience of determining what exists, what is missing, what good should look like, and the recommended plan for establishing the function. Experience of defining and delivering a practical Service Transition framework, with the processes and documentation required to use it. It needs to cover assessment and prioritisation, ownership, support arrangements, service acceptance, operational readiness, governance, reporting, escalation, knowledge transfer and handover into BAU.
