Experience of delivering framework that can be developed, applied and refined,  Experience of developing and defining a formal Service Transition framework, supporting processes or complete documentation. The framework must therefore give a consistent way to determine what should enter IT ownership, in what order, and through what controls. Experience of determining what exists, what is missing, what good should look like, and the recommended plan for establishing the function. Experience of defining and delivering a practical Service Transition framework, with the processes and documentation required to use it.
