Service Technician

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established prestige main dealer in Ipswich for the position of Service Technician. Duties of the Service Technician:

• Conduct MOT tests and diagnostics in accordance with manufacturer standards
• Perform routine servicing and repairs with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain precise service records and documentation
• Support and mentor less experienced team members
• Uphold the highest standards of health and safety and vehicle care
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship

Requirements of the Service Technician:

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role
• MOT Tester certification is essential
• Master Technician or equivalent experience highly desirable
• Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic skills
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently within a busy dealership environment
