Key Responsibilities: Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA regulations and standards. Undertake servicing, maintenance, and repair work on a wide range of vehicles to the highest standard. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and accurately. Complete all work in line with manufacturer repair times and company procedures. Accurately record vehicle health checks, diagnostics, completed work, and parts used. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Liaise professionally with colleagues, Service Advisors, and customers when required. Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on time.
