Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of boilers and heating systems in caravans and motorhomes. You will also carry out winterising procedures to ensure optimal performance during colder months. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in heating systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a passion for providing high-quality service to our customers.Key Responsibilities: Boiler Maintenance: Diagnose faults and carry out repairs, servicing, and maintenance of Alde heating systems in caravans and motorhomes. Troubleshooting and Fault Diagnosis: Identify issues with heating systems, including boilers and associated components, and perform necessary repairs or replacements. Winterisation Services: Perform winterisation procedures for heating systems, ensuring systems are ready for the colder months and preventing freeze damage. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, explaining issues and repairs to clients in a clear, professional manner. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and relevant standards, including LPG safety. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate service records and ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely and professional manner.
