Service Technician

Our client is a well-established main dealership in Litchfield and they are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department. Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake maintenance, servicing, and repair work on motor vehicles to the highest standard.
• Carry out all work efficiently while adhering to manufacturer repair times to maximise productivity.
• Accurately record vehicle diagnostics, completed work, and parts used in line with manufacturer and company standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Liaise professionally and effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard.

Minimum Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• A minimum of 2 years'' post-qualification experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or similar environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and taking ownership of completed work.
