Service Technician

About the Role

Reflect Recruitment is recruiting for a skilled Service Technician on behalf of our client, a leading automotive brand with exciting new franchise opportunities.

As a technician, you’ll join a growing team in a modern workshop environment. Full manufacturer training will be provided, so no specific brand experience is necessary. You will also receive regular training to stay up to date with the latest technology.

Who You Are

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic with technical expertise
• A team player who can follow set processes and procedures
• A qualified Level 3 Vehicle Technician (brand service or diagnostic qualifications considered)
• Motivated, organised, and safety-conscious
• Confident using technology such as iPads and diagnostic platforms

What You’ll Do

• Carry out servicing and maintenance on a variety of vehicles
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic faults
• Undertake vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil and filter changes
• Complete job cards and electronic write-ups
• Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs)
• Perform warranty-approved work in line with brand requirements

Salary and benefits

• Contractual Hours: 40/45h per week/ Full-time / Permanent
• Location: Lincoln
• Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
