This role involves working with customers, assessing returned equipment, identifying faults and carrying out repairs to ensure products are returned to full working condition. You will work across a wide range of equipment including cameras robotic systems control units cable reels and related products. This is a varied hands on role with daily customer interaction and opportunities to develop technical skills.
