Duties: Key responsibilities include: - Leading and developing the Service Admin and Coordination team - Overseeing scheduling, job planning, customer liaison and back-office functions Delivering structured 1-2-1s and training for team development Managing work order and quote processes from start to finish Generating reports on department financials, KPIs and performance metrics Supporting the Service Manager with planning and engineering team coordination Requirements: Experience leading a service/admin team in a technical environment Excellent planning, organisation and people management skills Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems £30k - £35k ..... full job details .....
