Service Team Leader Location: Stoke-on-Trent Salary: 32,761.52 As a Service Team Leader, you''ll play a key role in leading and developing our accommodation service, supporting people affected by domestic abuse to rebuild their lives in safe, supportive environments. Working closely with the Service Manager, you''ll oversee day-to-day operations, lead a dedicated team, champion high-quality customer support, and ensure our accommodation services remain safe, compliant, and person-centred. What you''ll do Lead, motivate and support a team to deliver outstanding, person-centred services that achieve positive outcomes for customers. Oversee the daily operation of accommodation services, ensuring quality standards, performance targets and customer satisfaction are met. Build strong partnerships with commissioners, support agencies and community organisations to enhance service delivery. Drive customer engagement initiatives, using feedback to continuously improve services. Support safeguarding, health and safety, housing management and compliance across accommodation properties. Coach, develop and supervise team members, creating a positive and high-performing culture. Contribute to the growth and development of the service, ensuring it continues to meet customer and commissioning needs.
