You''ll work closely with technicians, customers, and internal teams to ensure work orders are processed efficiently, invoices are issued promptly, and service operations run smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Service Invoicing and AdministrationReview and approve work orders to ensure they are correct and ready for invoicingEnsure timely completion and closure of work orders within SAPLiaise with Technicians to resolve missing or incomplete informationPrepare and issue accurate invoices, including cost breakdowns for customersManage invoice queries and follow up on overdue paymentsAllocate travel and service-related costs to relevant work ordersMaintain utilisation data and service recordsUpdate customer and service information in SalesforceCarry out quality checks on technician timesheetsFinance SupportSupport the Finance team with service-related informationApprove supplier invoices and handle payment queriesMaintain subcontractor cost records and recharge processesUpdate work breakdown structures in ..... full job details .....
