Lupa Collective is recruiting on behalf of an established international company operating within the renewable energy sector.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Service Support & Operations Coordinator to join their Liverpool-based team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in logistics, order processing, customer service or operational support who is looking to develop their career within a growing global business.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting the after-sales service department, ensuring customer orders, replacement products and service requests are processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer returns and replacement orders (RMAs).

• Coordinate spare parts orders and deliveries.

• Arrange the dispatch of replacement products and collection of returned items.

• Monitor stock levels and support inventory management.

• Maintain accurate records and update the company''s CRM system.

• Liaise with customers regarding service requests and order updates.

• Escalate technical enquiries to the appropriate teams.

• Work closely with internal departments to ensure a high standard of customer service.

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in logistics, operations, order processing or customer service.

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

• Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

• A proactive, flexible and positive approach to work.

• Good attention to detail.

Desirable but not essential:

• Experience within renewable energy, solar technology or electrical manufacturing.

• Knowledge of returns management (RMA) processes.

• Additional European language skills.
