Service Support Assistant - SEN
Contract length: Until June 2026Working arrangement: Fully onsite (office based in LE3)Key Responsibilities:Provide database and clerical support, including data entry, case notes, correspondence, and logging responses within 24 hours.Apply safeguarding checks and flag concerns to staff, referrers, and managers.Contact parents/carers, referrers, and agencies to clarify or gather information.Receive visitors and respond to enquiries, providing excellent customer care.Maintain and improve data systems; identify duplicates and ensure accurate records.Produce letters, reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and meeting minutes; manage diaries and appointments.Support meetings, workload tracking, finance, and office resources.Work at high speed with accuracy; provide backup to colleagues and handle urgent tasks.Essential Criteria:Administrative experience, ideally in social care or public services.Strong IT skills (databases, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office).Excellent organisation, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to work quickly without compromising accuracy.Awareness of safeguarding, confidentiality, and data protection.Flexibility, including occasional out-of-hours duties.If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply ..... full job details .....
