We represent Škoda in Edinburgh, Stirling and Dunfermline, alongside CUPRA and SEAT at our expanded Stirling operation.The RoleWest End Garage is looking for an experienced, energetic and customer-focused Service Supervisor to join our busy Škoda aftersales team in Edinburgh.This is an opportunity for an established Service Supervisor or an experienced Service Advisor who is ready to take on greater responsibility and progress into a supervisory position.You will remain closely involved with customers while helping to coordinate the daily operation of the service reception team. Working alongside the Aftersales Manager, Workshop Control, Technicians and Parts team, you will help ensure that every customer receives a professional, efficient and straightforward experience.The role is full time, working 44.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 07:45 and 18:00, with one half-day through the week as agreed in advance, plus one Saturday morning in four, paid as overtime.Key Responsibilities Supporting and guiding the Service Advisor team throughout the working dayHelping to organise daily workloads and maintain an efficient customer journeyWelcoming customers and managing service, repair and MOT bookingsReviewing vehicle history, recalls, warranty requirements and service ..... full job details .....
