In this role, you will be responsible for planning engineer workloads, coordinating customer appointments and balancing reactive and planned work to ensure resources are utilised effectively. The role would suit an organised and proactive individual with scheduling or planning experience, who is comfortable managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced technical environment.
