Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.We are currently recruiting for a Service Scheduler to join their team.The main purpose of this Service Scheduler role is to schedule works for the businesses engineers. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Service Manager your responsibilities will include: Effectively scheduling engineers to attend service and remedial worksProviding customers with RAMS and all relevant works documentationActing as a first point of contact for customers answering all queries thoroughly Ordering parts and raising purchase orders Producing reporting on upcoming jobs and contract activities to support forecasting requirements.
