Service Sales Business Development ManagerLocation: Scotland, North of England or MidlandsSalary: 40,000- 45,000 basic, depending on location and experienceCommission: 1% on contract renewals 2% on new contractsBenefits: Car allowance or company carThe OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Service Sales Business Development Manager to join a successful and growing business within the automatic and industrial door sector.This is a field-based role focused on identifying, developing and securing preventative maintenance contracts for automatic doors. You will manage opportunities from initial enquiry and site survey through to quotation, negotiation and successful contract award.The position would suit a commercially driven sales professional with experience selling service and maintenance contracts who enjoys developing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and converting enquiries into long-term business.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Service Sales Business Development Manager, you will:Identify and secure regional and national service and maintenance contract opportunities.Develop new business while maximising opportunities within the existing customer base.Visit customer sites to understand their requirements and complete detailed site surveys.Develop commercially appropriate service and maintenance solutions based on customer needs.Prepare and submit accurate quotations and tenders within agreed timescales.Proactively follow up quotations, negotiate with ..... full job details .....
