Service Retention ExecutivePrestige Franchised Dealership - Newcastle Our client, a well established prestige motor dealer in Newcastle is looking for a Service Retention Executive.Salary: 27,000 Basic OTE 32,000Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm 1 in 4 Saturdays The Role;To utilise Dealer Management / manufacturer systems to contact customers due for service, MOT or vehicle updates checking EVHC system for any outstanding deferred work for follow up / clear downApply understanding of the customer''s needs to guide them towards the product or service that will best meet their needsTo promote Service Plans and Products to applicable customers and new service customers as a retention toolMust have motor trade experienceBenefits:25 days holiday plus bank holidaysHealthcare cash plan.Employee vehicle-discount schemes.High street discountsChildcare vouchers.Cycle to work scheme.Internal and manufacturer training.
