The Role: Silcom Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded automotive accident repair centre based in the Petersfield area. Our client is seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join their busy Bodyshop team. Operating from an established and highly regarded repair centre, the business provides a comprehensive range of vehicle accident and body repair services, including collision repairs, dent removal, paint and scratch repairs, vehicle diagnostics and associated repair work. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised Service Receptionist to join a successful automotive business and become an integral part of a busy Bodyshop operation. Working closely with customers, technicians, estimators and the wider Bodyshop team, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact while helping to ensure customers receive a smooth and well-communicated experience throughout their vehicle''s repair journey. Responsibilities of a Service Receptionist: Act as the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the Bodyshop. Welcome customers professionally and establish the nature of their enquiry or vehicle repair requirements. Handle incoming telephone calls, emails and customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
