SBA are supporting a Central Government client seeking three experienced Service Owners for a major secure, cloud-first transformation programme. Ideal candidate will hold or have held Security Clearance and worked in Tier 2, SECRET-grade or similarly secure environments such as defence. Hybrid London based

Service Owner - Service Experience
Proven experience as a Service Owner, Head of Service Management, Service Delivery Manager or equivalent senior role.Lead end-to-end service management, service desk, portals, self-service, NOC/APM monitoring and continual improvement. implementing service automation, self-service platforms, service catalogues or knowledge management services

• SIAM and multi-supplier environments.
• NOC, APM, automation, self-service, service catalogue or knowledge-management implementation.
• GDS Service Standard and government service management experience.
• ITIL 4 Managing Professional, Strategic Leader or equivalent.

Service Owner - Security & Identity
Proven experience as a Service Owner, Security Lead, Cyber Security Manager, Identity Lead or equivalent senior leadership role. Owns security operations, IAM, authentication, authorisation, privileged access, federation, vulnerability management and assurance.

• Senior leadership of cyber security, identity or access-management services.
• Strong knowledge of SecOps, managing security risks, controls, compliance and assurance within complex environments. SBD principals and other Gov security classifications
• Experience leading multidisciplinary security, architecture, engineering and supplier teams.
• Enterprise identity architectures, federation and trust models.

Service Owner - Platform & Infrastructure
Lead cloud hosting, enterprise connectivity, platform engineering, developer enablement, automation, resilience and service transition. Deliver Platform & Infrastructure service strategy, vision and multi-year roadmap. Define target architecture and service roadmap for NCS, SCMS and DES.

• Enterprise-scale cloud, infrastructure or platform service delivery experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud hosting, networking, identity, platform engineering and operational service management.
• Experience developing service strategies, roadmaps, TOM, support arrangements and transition plans.
• Developer tooling, automation platforms and multi-supplier service integration.
• Procurement, supplier performance and service contract governance.
