Service Owner - Roadmaps - Planning - Risk Management - Government - SC Clearance - 12 month contractI have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Service Owner with background supporting public sector/government clients. You will be joining a busy programme and work closely with product, delivery, operations and design colleagues to refine how their service operates and make sure it keeps meeting user and stakeholder needs.Due to the nature of the client and role, candidates will ideally be British Nationals and hold active SC clearance.Key responsibilitiesOwn and maintain service definitions, roadmaps and the Service Backlog, updating them as the service and its dependencies change.Manage the service risk register, making sure it accurately reflects current risks and mitigation plans.Chair the monthly Service Planning Meeting to review performance, approve roadmap changes, prioritise improvements and coordinate readiness for live service.Track incidents and problems affecting your service, working with the Incident and Problem Management team to understand impact, drive resolution and feed learning into service improvements.Work with Service Designers to refine service blueprints, processes, support documentation and ways of working so colleagues and users can navigate the service easily.Oversee suppliers and managed service providers that support your service, building strong relationships and holding them to account for performance, value and adherence to ..... full job details .....
