Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a Service Operations Manager to work 5 days a week in our Service Department in Solihull. Some of the duties are - The Service Operation Manager will provide leadership and management to the field service, workshop, remount and service office teams. Deliver exceptional customer service leading to sustainable growth and customer satisfaction. Develop, enhance, and embed service processes and working methods. Oversee and improve team performance including Engineer utilisation and efficiency improvements. Lead the service operation to achieve PandL. Lead and promote a positive safety culture throughout the team We are looking for someone who has Senior level service or operational management experience is required for this role Must come from a HGV, Plant, Tanker or associated background where quick turn around on repairs are imperative to customer satisfaction. Strong interpersonal and team management skills Demonstratable evidence of creating and embedding KPI''s and objectives Self-motivation and a positive attitude Strong communication skills.
