Lead a profitable, growing Service division. Our client is a growing, ambitious business with a great reputation. They are looking for a Service Operations Director to lead a profitable Service division that is growing year on year, and they need a strong figurehead to take it to the next level. This is a Board-level position reporting to the Managing Director, where you can come in and make a real difference. The role You'll lead a growing Service division with a good reputation and a renewal rate of over 80%. You'll manage approximately 40 field engineers, with the 4 Team Leaders set to report directly into you, alongside a Service Manager and an experienced office-based team. You'll have full P&L responsibility, with input into pricing, price negotiations and operational costs. The Board sets the annual budgets, and control of the budget sits with you.
