Service Operations Analyst

Good Afternoon, I am currently representing Lambeth Council who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience We are looking for a Service Operations Analyst this role will be based at: SW2 1RW, The right candidate will: Welcoming people to IT support Managing the queue of people waiting Assessing the issue the user presents Referring people to the appropriate supporting service Giving appropriate advice if the user needs the support of a team which is not immediately available Keeping the area clean, tidy and professional Ensuring there is appropriate signage and that peripheral availability signage is updated Fulfilling very basic requests such as the provision of headsets and mice Updating request tickets in our ITSM as appropriate. Contacting people who have provided a poor user experience score to investigate the detail.
