Working as part of a delivery team, you will configure, develop, test and support ServiceNow capabilities across multiple workstreams, with a focus on HRSD, CSM, Employee Centre, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent and integrations.Key Responsibilities Configure and develop ServiceNow solutions across HRSD and CSM. Build and maintain record producers, forms, workflows, catalog items, notifications and case management capabilities. Configure Employee Centre experiences and user journeys.
