Are you passionate about asset inventory management? We are looking for an Analyst/Developer to join our team and help us to:technically analyze requirements to help define technical specifications and solutionsconfigure, develop, maintain, and support the Hardware/Software Discovery areawork effectively within a scrum team and focus on delivery of sprint goalsdevelop using best practices and standards; deliver customer requirements leveraging the Service Now products and custom solutions, write code with performance in mind and drive automation wherever possiblepropose alternative solutions to a problem whilst working collaboratively with other team membersdesign and develop solutions with self-service in mindYour team

You’ll be working in the TIDRS Integration Engineering crew in London, a part of the wider Technology Inventories Data and Reporting Services steam. You’ll work alongside 400 colleagues globally. TIDRS offers a best-in-class and cost-effective Service Management Technology, IT Asset Management, and Data Platform Service for the global bank. The SIERRA pod is responsible for the ongoing support and roadmap delivery for the strategic Service Now discovery and is a significant component in the Bank’s ServiceNow journey. Service Now knowledgehands-on ServiceNow configuration, development, and integration experience, with a proven track record of implementing solutions in the ServiceNow Discovery or CMDB components, including:MID Server configurationexperience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools or custom systems: Implementation of Service Graph Connectors and Integration Hubcustomizing probes and sensors to collect specific dataextending patterns to enrich discovery collectionsdebugging and optimization of probe and sensor workflowscustom Application developmentstrong JavaScript skills for creating Business Rules, Script Includes and Client ScriptsInfrastructure Knowledgeunderstanding of different Operating Systems, networking, connectivity, and architectureGeneral Developmentexperience in one or more scripting, programming languagesworking knowledge of GitLab or other version control systemsgood technical writing and documentation skillAbout us
