• Understanding Service Models and associated CMDB structures
• Ability to analyse Service structures, CI components and relationships, document and build
• Knowledge of service model lifecycle and its automation
• Knowledge of OpenText uCMDB
• Knowledge of ITIL Principals
• SACM (Service Asset & Configuration Management)
