Service Manager

Overview and Role An established HVAC contractor is looking to appoint a Service and Maintenance Manager to lead and develop its service division. Operating across ventilation and air conditioning, the business delivers planned and reactive maintenance along with small works across a varied commercial client base. The role involves overseeing service contracts from quotation through to delivery, managing engineers, coordinating maintenance activity and maintaining client relationships across HVAC systems including AHUs, ductwork and VRF/VRV equipment. This is a hands-on operational management position with genuine scope to help shape and grow the department.RequirementsProven background within HVAC service and maintenanceStrong technical understanding of ventilation and air conditioning systemsExperience working with AHUs, ductwork, splits and VRF/VRV systemsPrevious supervisory, management or senior engineer experienceExperience pricing, quoting and managing small works or maintenance contractsStrong organisational and client-facing skillsCommercial awareness and service delivery focusFull UK driving licencePackageSalary circa 45,000 - 55,000Office-based role22 days holiday plus bank holidaysCompany pension schemeLong-term opportunity to build and develop a growing service divisionInterested in hearing more?
