We''re looking for a passionate and inspiring Registered Service Manager to lead one of our well-established residential services in the Peterborough area.

Supporting eight adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, epilepsy and complex care needs, this service is all about helping people live fulfilling lives, maintain strong community connections and achieve meaningful outcomes.

The Role
As Registered Service Manager, you''ll lead a skilled and established team, ensuring the highest standards of care, quality and compliance are maintained while bringing your own ideas and leadership style to help the service continue to flourish.

You''ll work closely with families, healthcare professionals, commissioners and internal stakeholders to ensure we continue delivering exceptional support and positive outcomes.
Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the service
• Leading, developing and motivating your team
• Completing supervisions, appraisals and performance management
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and colleague development
• Ensuring regulatory, legislative and company standards are met
• Completing audits, action plans and service reviews
• Managing service budgets and resources effectively
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with families and professionals
• Promoting person-centred practice and positive outcomes for the people we support
• Participating in the on-call rota as required

What We''re Looking For
We''re looking for an enthusiastic leader who combines strong operational skills with a genuine passion for supporting people with learning disabilities.
You will have:

• Experience working within Learning Disability services
• Experience supporting people with complex care needs
• Knowledge of supporting individuals with epilepsy and physical disabilities
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• A good understanding of CQC expectations and quality standards
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care, or willingness to achieve this
• Previous Registered Manager experience, or experience as a Deputy Manager ready to take the next step
