Service Manager
Aftermarket Service Manager Up to £45,000 + Bonus + Benefits (Negotiable for the Right Person) A well-established engineering business is looking for an experienced Aftermarket Service Manager to lead a busy service and projects team supporting industrial customers across the UK and overseas. The Role Manage and coordinate site service activities, maintenance projects and retrofit works Lead and support a team of site-based engineers and technicians Carry out technical support, quotations, site surveys and project planning Act as the key point of contact for customers, suppliers and engineering teams Oversee RAMS, scheduling and delivery of engineering projects This is primarily an office-based role with occasional travel to customer sites across the UK and internationally, including offshore locations when required What We re Looking For Engineering qualification (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) Previous experience in a service management or engineering project role Strong understanding of industrial installation, maintenance or process environments Experience working within sectors such as power generation, oil and gas, heavy engineering or similar Excellent communication and organisational skills Knowledge of site safety procedures and project coordination Willingness to undertake relevant training and travel offshore as part of the role is essential What s on Offer Salary around £40,000 - £45,000, negotiable depending on experience Bonus and benefits package ..... full job details .....
